Today, during the development of public relations, property disputes more and more often arise, the most common types of which are recognition of property rights to property, reclamation of property from another’s illegal possession, invalidation of real estate purchase and sale agreements, elimination of obstacles in using property, recognition of the person who lost the right to use the living space, eviction.
